Between James, Chad Jennings in finance was professional and kept track of what we needed from previous purchases and streamlined this process getting us in and out so quickly I never felt rushed or delayed. Alex in aftermarket got us the add ons we needed and they took car of my mom who we purchase the car for just yesterday. She walked in and even though the folks I had told her to ask for where temporarily out the rest of the team know what she needs and gave her a great experience. Time was a factor, but service was good The part to be replaced under warranty took a couple of months to come in. Luckily, it was not vital to the vehicle being usable. The part was the API The part to be replaced under warranty took a couple of months to come in. Luckily, it was not vital to the vehicle being usable. The part was the APIM for the radio/navigation system. Once the part came in, we made an appointment to bring the vehicle in for repair. Brought it in early in the morning (7am) and never received a call that it was ready. At 3pm, I called and they said vehicle it ready. Then about 10-15 minutes later, I received a call stating "we can't release vehicle to you, until the warranty company sends us payment"!! Sounds like they we holding my vehicle hostage!! About 1-1/2 hours later, I received a call that they had received payment and we could pick it up now. I arrived to pick my vehicle up and paid my portion, then it took about 30 minutes for them to bring my vehicle to the front. This was disappointing, since my Wife and Daughter were waiting to go somewhere in the vehicle. Granted, this was the first negative experience at this dealership, and have had worse at others. This is why I am still rating as average. More
