My wife had been in an accident and her 3 year old escape was totaled. We went to Planet Ford to see what we could do. Our salesman Noel and Finance manager Andrew were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to get us into the new vehicle we wanted with the right financing, warranty and maintenance plan. I can’t stress enough how great they were to us. The entire experience at Planet Ford was simply amazing. I’ll be a customer there from now on. If you want a great experience, go here and ask for Noel and Andrew. I truly hope their superiors see this. Great customer service and attention to our needs absolutely needs to be commended and rewarded.
