Roadside Assistance When you call roadside assistance as recommended, they really have no idea exactly where you are. I waited from 9am till 4pm for a tow truck. They wou When you call roadside assistance as recommended, they really have no idea exactly where you are. I waited from 9am till 4pm for a tow truck. They would call and tell me a tow truck was 2 miles away and an hour later they would call again saying it would be another hour. I probably had 20 calls from RA leading nowhere. I finally called a two truck when they told me it would be 4 more hours. I had 3 tow trucks in 10 minutes at my location. When I arrived at the dealership there were other customers in the waiting room with a similar experience. Roadside assistance needs updating equipment. More
