Average Experience Average experience at this location. Bought new ford escape, got the car on the promised date and time. Easy financing process. Drove the car out of dealership and adjusted rear view mirror and guess what mirror came out in my hand. Called up the sales person and he said that service department is closed and i should come tomorrow on Saturday by 4 PM. I reached at 4 PM and the sales person took the car for fixing the rear view mirror. He came back in a few mins and said sorry the service center closes at 4 PM on Saturdays and i will have to fix the appointment for Monday and come again. Really, it is not a service issue guys, it is an issue with your PDI process. Next week i sent a message to the same sales person about date and time for the mirror fixing but still waiting for him to reply back (5 days past already) More

Horrible service On 2 different occasions, I has an appt scheduled and did not get my service reqst taken care of. The first appt I had (0700), they kept my all day and call me at 4p and say they weren’t able to get to my car today...that they’ll need to keep it another day. That was not convenient for me, so I went to pick up my car. Not once did the Svc advisor apologize for my wasted time. It took them 25 minutes to bring my car up when I went to go pick it up. I rescheduled my APPOINTMENT thinking an appointment is an appointment... but NO!! Arrived at 0620 for a 0645! Not only did they keep my car the whole day, but never called to say they couldn’t finish it. I called the afternoon of the 2nd day they had my car and was advised they were busy and had cars from the previous day in line and they would need to keep my car a 3rd day. NOT!! I was having my recalls taken care of. They have an I don’t care attitude and could care less that they are inconveniencing you. My time is worth money and being without my car makes me lose money. Never once did they offer me anything , not even a car wash. I am so upset with Planet Ford that I will be finding another place to take my car to for repairs from now on. Stop scheduling so many appointments if you can’t handle the work. More

Mrs Cristal pate( service advisor) is very profesional and kind, 5 stars for her, and that's a plus for me to take I can't say i recived bad service. Just feel a little down after i recived mi car repaired and drove it just to see the LOW WASHER FLUID alert on the dash. I thought that those are courtesy things that a Dealer would take care of, so customers feel apreciated and coming back. Besides a quick wash wasn't that hard either. I used to work at a new car dealer(Audi/Mazda/Volkswagen/Porche)and we always courtesy wash all customers cars after serviced to keep them happy. After all the service provided is pretty pricey... Just my thought as a customer... More
