Terrible Service Advisor (Brown) Took F250 in for warranty repairs( Check engine light and passenger mirror.) Ms. Brown said mirror assembly not warrantied and it was going to cost $ Took F250 in for warranty repairs( Check engine light and passenger mirror.) Ms. Brown said mirror assembly not warrantied and it was going to cost $1900. I called ford warranty and had to start a claim. I had to force her to call to get approval. She then said that the service mechanic could not help with diagnosis because he was out having a baby. I had to request to get another service person to get proper diagnosis for warranty. Also, I could never get her to call me. She would only email. In order to talk to her, I had to call main number and ask for her. More

Wrong Service I bought a prepaid package for Oil and Filter change with Mobil one full synthetic oil some months ago and I came to this store today to get the oil a I bought a prepaid package for Oil and Filter change with Mobil one full synthetic oil some months ago and I came to this store today to get the oil and filter change and for my surprise, they did the job using Motorcraft SAE 3347 oil. That's unfair. I talked to the manager on duty (Jhonny) and he explained to me that the technician did not pay attention to the instructions. So they brought the car back to a place where I couldn't see the car and they changed the oil to the Mobile one full synthetic but they did not change it in the paperwork. I am really not confident in this job performance and shop. More

Worthwhile Trip Went to Planet because of large inventory of vehicles that I wanted to see. The sales associate took their time in showing me a variety of vehicles and ironically chose the first one that I saw. The transaction went fairly smoothly after some initial turmoil but ended with my complete satisfaction. My only disappointments were the vehicle did not have sirius radio capability and the user's manual is a compilation of worthless reading and understanding. Poorly written for a normal person to comprehend as related to the vehicle that I puirchased/. More
