It isn't all about customer service! Customer service was good, the problem is with the rates and the mystery fees. Rates are high and not competitive. I will be servicing the van somewhere else Customer service is a major part of retaining business but if your rates are out of line and you are padding your rates by adding other fees to add to the bottom line you won't keep many customers. Horrible service department! They don't know anything about their own vehicles! After they updated my transmission recall software my truck is showing tool sign at the 3rd or 4th They don't know anything about their own vehicles! After they updated my transmission recall software my truck is showing tool sign at the 3rd or 4th gear change slows down like it's about to shut down and starts shaking. I took it back they jipped me out of pocket about $500 for tune up, because they said one of spark plug is misfiring well afterwards its still doing same thing and they can't find any code to find out what is wrong so you know there was no tune up required and they just made commission on something that was not necessary. I dropped it off today again now they're saying they can't do nothing until the tool sign shows up again which is ridiculous than why you guys did the tune up in the first place??? Horrible horrible service department DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE! My advice take it or find out on your own afterwards! More
