Great buying experience Bought my last truck from Planet and had a good experience so I thought they earned the right to get first crack at me buying my F-150 Limited..I had Bought my last truck from Planet and had a good experience so I thought they earned the right to get first crack at me buying my F-150 Limited..I had previously talked with Charles Prince the sales manager before I came in to let him know what I was looking for so He set up time for me to come in and assured me we could find a truck to fit my needs. From that moment on, his people we on top of their game from start to finish. His salesman Alex Campos has two trucks for me to look at when I arrived. Alex was very informative and knowledgeable about the truck which was helpful in making my decision. He got it all going with the numbers and Charles helped seal the deal. But that’s just part of the equation. Charles then set me up with Joe T in aftermarket department. Joe was awesome in suggesting things I may or may not want to add as in tenting , floor Mats ,bed liner and other accessories . Always making sure I was good with what I decided but never pushy in any way. Then on to the finance guy . Finance was a breeze as well with Chris P. Overall as good of a car buying experience as I could have imagined. GM Shawn Burns you have a great team assembled over there and I assure you i’ll Be back for our next vehicle as well. More

Unfortunately, one sold, and the remaining was a dealer demo that was turned in literally hours before my arrival. When I first saw the vehicle, I was a solid no. However, my salesman (Randy Cortez) asked me to think it over (lunch date with my wife) while he had the vehicle go through a quick detail. During lunch, I received a call from David Mena (sales manager), and felt comfortable enough to go back and see the truck. I was happily surprised- but what impressed me most was the flat out honesty Randy exhibited, as well as the can-do willingness I experienced in dealing with David. In short, my quickly evolving business relationship with them (both) was actually enjoyable-and far from what I’ve experienced in many dealerships in the past. They were personable, friendly, up front, and again - honest. For that, they’ve each earned my highest recommendation and best wishes for what I hope is a bright future. More

Experience was good at first, now they’re unresponsive Seems like they only care about their bottom line. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t paid off my vehicle trade in.
