Working with Alex was awesome I was looking for a mid-size SUV. Was interested in the Telluride, but many dealerships were marking them up from $6-8k, and you would have to haggle I was looking for a mid-size SUV. Was interested in the Telluride, but many dealerships were marking them up from $6-8k, and you would have to haggle to get back down to MSRP. I originally spoke to Alex because of the Costco Auto program, interested in a new 2020 Explorer. The difference in experience working with Alex vs the Kia dealerships was night and day. Alex was completely upfront with all prices, rebates, and incentives over the phone. I had to travel to the Kia dealership before I would find out what kind of mark up was on their vehicles. Even going through TrueCar or Costco Auto. At this point, I would have probably bought a Telluride if I had got fair deal for one, but Alex's straightforward, honest demeanor was so refreshing compared to what I had been dealing with, I decided to come check out Planet Ford even though they didn't have much in stock on the 2020 Explorer. And I'm glad I did. Alex was able to find a great deal on a 2019 Expedition (not Explorer) for less than what the Kia dealerships wanted for their Tellurides after the insane markup. I didn't even have to wait for more Explorers to come in. He even let us test drive with our car seats and kids in, just so we would know exactly what experience we would be paying for. Planet Ford gave us the best deal, and Alex deserves a raise for how easy he was to work with. If you want to talk to someone who knows his stuff and doesn't seem like he's just trying to take your money, give him a call. More
