Worst dealer, ever Horrible business practice. Horrible sales people. Jessica and Oscar in particular. A jeep that was supposed to be sold on Monday ended up not being s Horrible business practice. A jeep that was supposed to be sold on Monday ended up not being sold so I got a call to come in on Thursday. 30 min later Oscar called and said the jeep was getting carpet put in that he would call me in 2 hours. 4 hours passed and nothing. I text him-no txt back. I called, spoke to a manager, he assured me he would call me as soon as it arrived the next day or Saturday. Friday noon-I text Oscar to give me a call as soon as jeep arrived. No txt back for 45 min. I call Jessica, she said she would check and call me back. No call back. An hour later (2:30) manager called, he said jeep was SOLD. xxx, SOLD? how? if Oscar, Jessica and the manager knew to call me as soon as it got back. Manager said he saw someone test driving it in the morning. He said there might have been a deal already with another salesman. YES, a salesman that did his job. Just a bad experience all around. will never consider doing business with them. - 3:00pm. I called Oscar to confirm. He said someone bought it without seeing it that the truck would come in at 4pm. How if manager saw someone test-driving it in the morning? bunch of lies from everyone. More
