Great Buying Experience My wife and I had a great experience at Planet Ford. We came in on Memorial Day just looking to test drive a few vehicles. Ziad was great, showing us My wife and I had a great experience at Planet Ford. We came in on Memorial Day just looking to test drive a few vehicles. Ziad was great, showing us many options and letting us do a few test drives. There was a really good deal on an expedition that we liked. Ziad walked us through the paperwork, Andrew worked with us on some aftermarket options, we discussed possible insurance options with Pat, and finally talked over the financing with Chad. The entire process was smooth and stress free. We wanted to talk it over a bit before making a final decision, so Chad let us take the vehicle with us for the afternoon. We really appreciated this, as it gave us a chance to show it to our 2 little boys and get their approval. We came back in the afternoon and signed off on all the paperwork. The whole process was great, with no pushy sales tactics that people often associate with car dealerships. I would highly recommend checking out Planet Ford if you are in the market for a new vehicle! More
