Another salesman named Erick was kind enough to answer all my questions (and my mom’s) in Spanish to make sure we understood everything properly. Car not as advertised.. We were looking for a Civic to replace my son's which was totalled. I looked around and saw a picture of a beautiful white one here at Planet Honda. We were looking for a Civic to replace my son's which was totalled. I looked around and saw a picture of a beautiful white one here at Planet Honda. It was gorgeous! So, I took my son and drove over an hour to Planet Honda. We got there and saw a car matching the description and price of the one in the ad. The actual car, however, had rust and dents. My son and I were shocked. The sales manager said, and I quote, "I don't know anything about this car", basically making me feel as if this happens all the time. Were we upset, you betcha. Were we surprised? No. All day long of looking for a car, we encountered sleazy sales people. Sleeee Zeee. The sales mgr tried to upsell me with a used car loan, which the previous one tried to do, too. So? Caveat Emptor. Buyer BEWARE! More

Terrible - Stay away I've purchased a brand new honda accord 2018 from their dealership and basically its a complete lemon. In one month period of time, the car is up for I've purchased a brand new honda accord 2018 from their dealership and basically its a complete lemon. In one month period of time, the car is up for repairs 7-8 times for the same issue and not fixed. The dealership states that they have 30 days lemon policy for unreasonable repairs. However, they do not want ot warrant this policy, as now they are coming with excuses that this only applies for preowned vehicles. Where does it state that? Stay away, I wish I never dealt with these people! More
