Another satisfied customer! Today I leased my 3rd Honda Civic from Planet Honda. Due to a conflict with someone there that was pestering me by phone, email and text, I was lucky Today I leased my 3rd Honda Civic from Planet Honda. Due to a conflict with someone there that was pestering me by phone, email and text, I was lucky enough to speak to Amanda over the phone and made an appointment to go in there today. She greeted me and appreciated my coming in and then I was introduced to Danny Boye who sat with me and listened to my ordeal. He was most understanding and sent over Kaleem to be my salesman. I was very impressed with Kaleem's dedication to his job and making me, the customer very satisfied. He got me the best deal for my money and I was very pleased. I also met with Levie who prepared all of my paperwork for me and it was a pleasure to meet and deal with him as well. I am happy I gave Planet Honda another chance because I was about to go elsewhere. I am also happy the day turned out to be a very pleasant experience. More

Happy with the car, not happy with the finance department I gave this dealership 1 star because of the finance department. The sales end up the dealership was good, however my finance guy was very misleading I gave this dealership 1 star because of the finance department. The sales end up the dealership was good, however my finance guy was very misleading and basically sneaky with his information. I purchased the car on a tuesday. On Friday, the finance guy called me to finish signing the rest of the paperwork. I get to his office and he immediately starts explaining the different kinds of warranties that i could get. First off, let me just say that he never even told me what my base payment for the actual car was. I purchased a certified preowned Honda and i was under the impression that the honda came with a warranty. After he explains all the warranty information to me i asked him about the warranty that the honda came with. He told me that the honda did not come with a warranty. He then proceeds to tell me all the different prices of each warranty and it bumped my car note payment up too high. Since he told me that the Honda didnt come with any warranty i told him that unfortunately i would have to take the lowest priced warranty because i could barely afford the base payment of the car, let alone a warranty that brought it up to $50 dollars a month (that was the cheapest one). He wasnt happy with my choice and pressured me to get the highest warranty which would have bumped my car payment up to $424 a month which is a whole $124 than i originally told them was my max budget. I kept telling him that i couldnt afford it and he kept pressuring me to get it. He won and I then reluctantly signed to get the higher warranty, however, he told me that i had 30 days to finalize my decision. He failed to mention that even if i was to cancel out the warranty my payments would still remain at $424. A day later, i cancelled the extended warranty after my friend told me that all precertified hondas come with a manufacturer warranty. This was when the finance guy told me my payments would remain at $424. Why does this make any sense? And now im stuck with a car note payment that i cannot afford. The finance guy was misleading and not forth coming and he basically lied and said the car didnt come with any warranty. I find that unethical. Not only did this happen, but ive been calling the director of planet honda and leaving messages and he has not returned my calls. I even emailed the owner of Honda and he has not emailed me back. This is very unprofessional. But i guess they got what they wanted (the sale of a car) and that's it. They got their money and they dont care what happens after that!
