Upon reading all his reviews and the reviews of other's, u decided planet sounded like a place that I would gladly do business with. Let me tell you. Those reviews, some over exaggerated and some on point... Did not disappoint me. i walked into planet Honda and when I was asked if I was being helped, I told them that I was looking for a car and asked if I could meet with Tony. Tony Ruiz was very courteous from beginning to end. He greeted me and made me feel comfortable about my decision to purchase a car as I was nervous. He listened to exactly what I wanted in a car and showed me a few. He went into detail about all the car gadgets and how they work and took his time. He was friendly, enthusiastic, professional.
