I made an appointment for an oil change at Planet Honda, Route 22 on 8/31/15 at 9:45AM, When I pulled into the service area there were eight cars ahea I made an appointment for an oil change at Planet Honda, Route 22 on 8/31/15 at 9:45AM, When I pulled into the service area there were eight cars ahead of me in the drop off line area, (I thought to myself this is going to be awhile). A gentleman took my name an escorted me inside, where I checked in and within a few minutes was greeted by my service advisor Steven Delafe., He was polite, courteous and promised me that he would have me in and out as quickly as possible. Within 15 minutes Steven Delafe came to the customer service lounge and said my car was ready! I have been a Honda owner for the last 16 years and this was my best service experience at any Honda service center! More

My First New Car has now spoiled me for life! Let me start by saying at 41, I have always had a hand me down or used car in my 20 plus years of driving. I met Joe K when he worked at another deale Let me start by saying at 41, I have always had a hand me down or used car in my 20 plus years of driving. I met Joe K when he worked at another dealership, and he said "Gene, when you're ready for a new car, let me know". Well, I guess thats been heard by every car owner who's been to a dealership before with the added "I'll take good care of you". Again, nothing uncommon with that statement either. Well my time had finally come and was going to get what I've always had another Toyota, and let me preface this by saying when you're new to this dance everyone in the showroom smells it and no matter how much research you do, its never enough...I was reeling and went looking for Joe K, and found out he had moved to Planet Honda so I reached out to him, and he said Gene, I will help you. Let me start out by saying I knew nothing about Honda's I was a Toyota Guy. I did some looking on the website and went to Consumer Report's annual auto issue and found the Civic was actually rated better in every catagory then the Corolla and I was like well perhaps its time for me to broaden my horizens. I called Joe and told him my story and how this would be my first lease and like a great quarterback he took it from there. Joe K, and Matt who I met via Joe treated me like no joke I was thier best friend or member of the family. Anytime I had a question they called me on the spot. I had a little hiccup with my credit which was embarrasing because I am the Director of Client Support of a National Credit Repair company, however I had never had an auto lease before which was working against me. Joe assured me he would not let me down and he didn't. Matt who I hadn't met before was making sure everything and detail I wanted was met. I picked up my first new car this past Thursday my brand new Civic LX. I pinch myself every morning when I see it to make sure its real. On the night of delivery Matt stayed till 10pm setting up my Bluetooth with me. All I have told anyone I have bumped into the past few days is how amazing it was to be treated like I was not only a person and not a sale but a member of their family. I will forever sing the praises of Joe K, Matt and Planet Honda. They now have spoiled me for life I will never be able to accept anything less than how they treated me. Gene G.
