Couldn't buy a car, but the overall experience was good To begin with, i loved the location, Planet Honda outlet and most important their inventory. Esther who was the Sales representative greeted us warmly To begin with, i loved the location, Planet Honda outlet and most important their inventory. Esther who was the Sales representative greeted us warmly and introduced us to Mr. Alfonso. He was thorough with the current inventory status and helped us test drive the car, i was looking for. I had a budget of 14000 and the car i liked on the internet was listed at 14,400. Unlucky for me that i reached a bit late and some other customers bought the car, just before Alfonso could take my offer to the Sales Manager. Later he had to jump on some other sales deal and he asked us to check other cars in their inventory, we were not attended for 30 mins, but saturday being the busiest day we could understood the situation. Eventually the car we liked was priced at 15,000 however the price i could stretch was 14,500 which was eventually denied by the Sales Manager. i would definately recommend Planet Honda to new/old car buyers. Honda have lived up to every person's expectation, who owns one. Thanks a lot Esther , Alfonso and the cool new junior sales rep for all your help. More

Excellent and Honest - Very Patient and Helpful - I went to this dealership Friday 3rd July 2015 just to see the New Honda Pilot. I ended up leaving the dealership with a New Honda Odyssey. Kaleem is a great sales man and a very patient person.
