Unexpected I entered the dealer with my nephew, who raved about the salesmen and the managers at the dealership. He convinced me into going to the dealer because the people were kind , respectful and above all worked with their clients. After a wonderful experience with the salesman Francis Duah, I knew I made the right choice. I was satisfied until I had to work with the finance person, Richard Scott. I was taken by surprised when he started to lose his temper, when my nephew explained I did not need the extended service. He asked my nephew not to touch the paper and stated: "who is the car for ?" (knowing my name was on all the documents), frustrated by his approach my nephew stated: "I AM". My Nephew explained he did not have to sign any extended services this morning when he leased his CRV. He responded maybe because you were not approved. We moved on as my nephew speaks to me in my home language and Mr. Scott says: "excuse me", with a deep stare, "are you talking to me?", I responded and said "No, he is talking to me" and Mr. Scott says: " I thought so". I asked him to please stop and move on. He then looks at me and says, "You need to tell me right now who will be driving this car, I don't want any false documents and you are being recorded. I looked at him and said , I will and he stated that is not what he just said, you can not lease the car and have him drive it". I looked at him and said sir, he did not say that. He keep going on and I said I am getting frustrated now and he says me too. I stated my nephew has four cars, and does not need to drive my car. He continues to carry on and I then stated: "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus". He respond with: "So we are bringing Jesus into this?" , I respond: "Yes, because I am trying to defuse this, and you just won't stop." Mr. Scott then states: "Oh I was trying to protect you, because the camera is recording." I stated: "Thank you for protecting me." He ask me to sign the papers and read them because people come back thinking they brought a car they leased. My daughter was with us and started to laugh and he says yes some people think leasing is buying. I proceed to sign my papers ignoring all additional comments he made. It was terrible after leasing four cars and referring me my nephew was being disrespected in my presence. Because of this experience it is hard to score all areas a five. I spoke to one of the managers and he apologized. More

Worst Experience, liar & lousy Salesteam Never do business with this dishonest & liar people. They put their internet price for used car competitive, when you ask them to give you out-the-doo Never do business with this dishonest & liar people. They put their internet price for used car competitive, when you ask them to give you out-the-door price on phone or email, they ask you to come to their showroom. We spoke to Estar & she said that their will be taxes & registration fees, nothing else and asked her to come to showroom. Believing her word we drove 40 mins & after test drive & everything else, the salesman "Danny" mentioned that there is $695 appearance fees in all their cars+$99 nitrogen tire fees+$399 documentation fees apart from taxes & registration fees. We didn't negotiated price, we were ready to pay full listed price, and take the car same day, but all these fees threw us off. If they would have told us about all these fees on phone itself, it would have not wasted our time. They don't have value for anybody else time & they don't feel sorry for that. They also play cheap sale trick with you, where they try to call some other dummy interested party in front of you on speaker & tell the other dummy person ( one of their own) that they can't accept their offer & price is not-negotiable. Worst sale trick ever, what they think that we don't have any brain. Please take your business somewhere else & save your effort, time & money. More

Ron Rajnai--Easy to love! Wasn't looking to terminate our lease early, but Planet Honda called and luckily Ron was the salesman. He only wanted to please us and make sure we were satisfied customers. AND WE ARE!!!! We would recommend Planet Honda to anyone we know. Dave Brown was working with him. He was a very interesting gentleman and definitely has good potential. He, like Ron, knows how to talk to people. That is half the battle. This is our 4th Honda Accord and we keep coming back. More
