About two months ago, I bought a CPO vehicl I have. Read on: Planet Honda is a greedy corporation that only cares about you until you purchase a car. About two months ago, I bought a CPO vehicle. Part of the deal included a written agreement that the service department would cut an additional key for the car. I've been struggling to get this accomplished for over a month. On my most recent attempt, I followed the instructions given to me by the salesman and drove to the dealership on a Saturday to have the key made. Upon arrival, I called to let them know I had arrived. On the phone, I was told that they couldn't help me today because it was too busy. Then, the used car manager took the phone and started telling me that they couldn't help me. Then, he hung up on me mid-conversation. I proceeded to enter the dealership to inquire about having the key made. At this point, the used car sales manager verbally assaulted me in the used car showroom. He was yelling at the top of his lungs to the point that customers and employees in the room were all looking in his direction to see what was wrong. "We've never cut a key for a CPO car before!" "It's a Saturday and I don't have time to deal with you!" "LEAVE! Go, we're not helping you!" This man was red in the face because he was yelling so loudly. To make a long story short, I will never return to this dealership. EVER. I would rather overpay by a few hundred dollars than allow this company to receive my hard-earned money. More
