One of the best car buying experiences in 30+ years! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have to admit, the experience we had at Planet Honda was first rate. It all started with Shea who wor I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have to admit, the experience we had at Planet Honda was first rate. It all started with Shea who worked tirelessly to search and secure the exact color we wanted for our 2015 CR-V Touring AWD. She was in constant contact and kept me in the loop on progress. Mo, our sales rep, was extremely courteous and treated us like a true customer. Although we went back and forth on prices/options (who doesn't these days!), in the end, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the deal and happy purchasing our very first Honda. And we completed the entire process with Levie, who was as courteous as others we met and worked with us on fiance options, additional options, etc. He guided us through the mounds of paperwork, which in retrospect, was fairly quick. The car was in immaculate condition and Mo took the extra time to show us how to use various features, etc. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Planet Honda and specially, Shea, Mo and Levie to all who plan to purchase a Honda in the future.
