He went over a few vehicles with me until I found the vehicle that I felt most comfortable in. I appreciate all time and effort they went through to help me find a car that suited me. Worst experience I've ever had... shocking actually If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a car here 8 years ago and recommended them to a friend. I am now embarrassed I did. T If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a car here 8 years ago and recommended them to a friend. I am now embarrassed I did. The salesman negotiated for a car that they did not actually have on the lot. After guaranteeing it's arrival within 24-48 hours, he began claiming he had no idea when the car would be delivered. I then returned to Planet Honda with the customer, thinking I could at least help. The following happened: - the salesman, Paul, called her color choice "tacky" and asked if she really wanted it (in attempts to have her buy something else), so basically insulting the customer's preferences. - the salesman, Paul, claimed not to know when the car would come in. We later found out from his manager that it was at least a 30 day wait... But I have no idea why Paul strung the customer along for 3 days when his boss had the answer all along. Without a car, he claimed they couldn't do much in terms of "locking" in the deal they had previously agreed upon, leaving the customer visibly anxious. We then approached finance for some answers. - upon trying to find out information about the status of the shipment, the finance agent explained that he had no answers either... he actually asked the customer if she "had common sense" and implied that he couldn't believe her high profile job if she lacked such common sense. He also laughed at her when she asked him not to say things like that because she had a PhD. He apparently found her schooling funny. What I found funny was that after his insistence that he had no idea when the car would be delivered, his manager interrupted to correct him. I shared with him that I thought it was "funny" that we sat here asking him who he could ask, and he kept saying no one, and here he was corrected. He then, quite literally, scolded me and yelled at me saying that it wasn't funny. Strange, I don't find having a doctorate funny either. - the finance agent made EXTREMELY DEROGATORY AND CHARGED REMARKS REGARDING THE CUSTOMERS RELIGION, which I found appalling and shocking. I want to add, when the customer complained about the treatment she received from the finance agent, she was told "this was how he was," and just to deal with it. I am not sure why someone is allowed to make the comments, talk in the tone, and treat people the way he does. Berating and insulting a customer is never okay. These people don't deserve your business. I'm embarrassed I ever gave them mine. And try not to let the old man in finance get to you... Although I'm shocked with the way he treats customers that he still had a job. Honestly, this business does not deserve your patronage. What an awful group of people... Also, I will say, I have heard multiple reviews of their condescending behavior and language towards women. Come on guys. Grow up. More

He as well as all other staff members I met with were professionals with much knowledge on the vehicles as well as the packages and services offered. They were cleared about the details of the vehicle and contracts. I walked out happy with my new Honda Pilot.
