Very happy I was dealing with another dealership for over 2 weeks going back and forth over the purchase of a new vehicle and trading in my old car. After all that time they told me my car wasn't worth what I owed and would do nothing further to help me. Just to see if someone else would give me different results I made an appointment to visit planet honda. When I arrived I was introduced to Nate Daniels and he worked with me to sort out my situation and gave me options and possibilities. To make a long story short, the first day I visited them they took my car, took the very low down payment I offered and I drove off the lot with a brand new(only 10 miles on it) 2014 honda civic. I was very happy to leave the lot with a great deal and a great vehicle. I have financed several vehicles over the past few years and I have to say that this was the simplest and fastest transaction I have ever made.i will recommend them to any friends and family that are looking for a new or used car and I will be dealing with them myself in the future.this was a great experience!!
