Awesome Salesman! I came to Planet Honda this weekend to check out the accords. I had already done my research but I wanted to see them in person. Upon arrival, Mark im I came to Planet Honda this weekend to check out the accords. I had already done my research but I wanted to see them in person. Upon arrival, Mark immediately greeted us. He instantly took us to see the accords. He was very knowledgeable about the different trims as well as how each trim would be on gas. He showed me a great car and I fell in love with it. Mark made sure I test drove the Sport Accord in the color I wanted. He was very patient and worked with me to ensure I'd get the car. He made sure I was well taken cared of. In the end, I took home my first brand new car!! He helped me setup my phone to the Bluetooth and put some finishing touches on the car. Overall, I'm very happy with my car and the experience. We decided to go to Planet Honda 22 and right away we were greeted by Kero when we pulled up into the parking lot. We were then greeted by Erica, we were kind of stressed because of our previous bad experience at Nissan 22, Erica sensed that we were kind of worried and she told us to be positive and enjoy looking at the cars. Kero took over from there and is was smooth sailing, he made us feel comfortable with him. He did not pressure us or try to do double talk like a lot of other sales people. He listened to what we wanted and showed us great cars, and he was very knowledgeable of the cars. We left with a great car! An overall positive experience, this was the best car buying experience that we ever had. I will tell my family and friends about Planet Honda 22 , and Kero is an awesome sales person. I was planning on visiting a few dealerships and admittedly I was dreading spending a whole day doing so. Fortunately, Planet Honda was our first and ultimately our last stop. Mark Gorecki, our salesman, explained our options, showed us used and new vehicles. He was extremely helpful and informative and not pushy! We were able to get a great deal on a brand new Honda! Bob took the time to find out what I was seeking, what would be appropriate in my price range and more importantly, what I was looking to do relative to financing; he worked out several scenarios. Bob provided me with honest feedback and emphasized his desire to give me the best auto for my situation. Once he reviewed inventory, we discussed an option and I was then introduced to Alfonso Douriet. Alfonso worked with me until I drove off the lot with my new car. Genuine Experience - No Fine Print We walked into Honda today just to check out prices and see the Pilot. We met Mark who was absolutely amazing, very patient and willing to explain. He was not out to make money but rather to help us get into the car we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. He was very honest with all the extras as well as very knowledgeable of all the models. Although he had more than one sale going on at a time he was very attentive to both and never made us feel as though he had something else going on. What was most notable was that he took his time to ensure the paper license paper plate would not fly up, took down the sales sticker and added the registration sticker in the front of the car. Even before leaving off the lot he made sure my blue tooth was set up so I would be safe driving home in case I got a call. Truly satisfactory experience at the dealership and above satisfactory with the customer service. When it came to financing Jason was extra helpful in finding the plan we need and was very patient with running credits, sitting and explaining to us what made most sense for our budget. Never once did we feel pressured nor uncomfortable with our purchase or price. We were truly treated like family. Thank you to all who made our car buying experience so wonderful!!! More
