As I am a very straightforward person, I immediately told Mark exactly what we were thinking, how much I wanted to spend, and asked him what was possible. He immediately came back with three options for us at three different trim levels, and knew the pricing and the options off the top of his head as if he was reading the brochure. Being a car guy myself, I was extremely impressed at his knowledge and expertise of his inventory, and it immediately showed his hard work and dedication to the company and more importantly to the customer. He was incredibly personable, was not pushy at all, and knew the answer to every question I asked him. He is unbelievably funny and worked with us to get the best possible price we could. He was honest with us as well, and even though I continued to push for a better deal, Mark flat out told me when he was at his bottom dollar, and gave us every option we could to find the best possible scenario for us. I have never had a better experience at a dealership (I am at one every 1-2 years to get a new vehicle). Mark at Planet Honda is absolutely the answer for anyone looking for a new car. More

WOW!!! My husband and I had already been out looking for a new car to lease and were not pleased with the service we had not gotten at other dealerships. Honestly, we were expecting a similar experience at Planet Honda. In fact, we had brought our son along so he could see some of the pitfalls of buying a car. Boy, were we surprised!! Frankie greeted us at the door and was nothing but honest and pleasant throughout the process. We have never had a better experience. We enjoyed direct, open conversation and negotiation. There was no high pressure, no "What can we do to get in a car today." In short, it was everything you want and nothing you'd expect. Planet Honda and Frankie will be our first stop from now on! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I had an excellent experience at Planet Honda. I was accommodated by three salesman: Ron Rajnai, Ronald Terry, and Simone Duncombe. Simone, originally I had an excellent experience at Planet Honda. I was accommodated by three salesman: Ron Rajnai, Ronald Terry, and Simone Duncombe. Simone, originally, helped me via phone and email which made the process very successful and easy to come in person. When I came in person, I met with Ronald Terry who was a very lovely man and helped me with more information about the car. Simone was very open, honest, and pleasant and an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and no gimmicks. After two days, I came back to the dealership to make the transaction and Ron Rajnai was there to help me make an honest business transaction with a friendly professional. My entire experience was certainly a 5 star. I walked away with the exact car I wanted with the best price. When I had to go to finance I spoke with Jim not sure the name but he was young had brown hair and glasses and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He explained everything in detail down to the warranty and used a highlighter to write 36 versus 60 month finance. He was able to answer all my questions which were a lot considering this was my first purchase and had a lot of patience (A LOT). Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing team I dealt with at Planet Honda. All in all, if you want a great experience and honest team you should visit Planet Honda this is absolutely the best place and car-buying experience in NJ. I would certainly recommend speaking to Simone Duncombe via phone or email and then having her set up a product specialist/sales consultant with you either Ron Rajnai or Ronald Terry! More

Horrible Customer Service and Scam Artists I made an appointment with Ryan McKenzie to lease a 2014 Accord LX. I'd seen an advertisement for $149/mo, $0, plus taxes and fees. Upon arrival we we I made an appointment with Ryan McKenzie to lease a 2014 Accord LX. I'd seen an advertisement for $149/mo, $0, plus taxes and fees. Upon arrival we were seated and waited, and waited, and waited some more. He finally sat down with us and gathered some information as far as the vehicle I wanted, my price range ($250/mo), ect. And then we sat there and waited a while longer. It turned out he was working with other customers! So the purpose of the appointment was now pointless. After being led outside to take a test drive with a different salesman, we came back inside, and waited! Once we were able to sit down and talk numbers Ryan was playing games. He was asking ME how much money he told me to bring last time I spoke to him, and then said that the $1700 he said in the first place wasn't enough, now I needed $4000 down. He was not knowledgeable about any of the specials, and was offering the Honda National Lease special over the Planet Honda Special. When in fact the Planet Honda Special turns out to be a better deal, in his own dealership! He was very wishy washy every time he came back with a new number. We asked for a break down of the taxes and fees, ect. to figure out where he was coming from but refused to do so. He said he would not run my credit until we had a good deal on the table, come to find out he ran my credit before coming to a deal! I offered a car for a trade and told me it's "not worth anything", and kept talking poorly about the car. He ended up offering $100 for it so we left. The next day I sold the car for $2000, brought the cash to Metro Honda in Jersey City. We sat down with Albie Rivera who got me into the same Accord LX for $194/mo with only the $2000. Go the Metro Honda, no games, quick & easy. More

Perfect...and I had two kids with me! I was greeted and helped quickly by Frankie Talarico. We chose the first make, model, and color we saw! We fell in love with the car. Shah helped us with the paperwork. All 3 employees and the car were fantastic! Specifically, Frankie was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and understanding. He answered questions from me and from my interrogating children. He had us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. When it is time for me to purchase or lease a new car, I will go back to Planet Honda and see Frankie Talarico! THANK YOU so much!!!! More
