Love my new Honda Civic!! This was my first time buying a [new] car at a dealership, and it ended up being an awesome experience for me at Planet Honda. After hearing about the This was my first time buying a [new] car at a dealership, and it ended up being an awesome experience for me at Planet Honda. After hearing about them from a friend who got a CR-V there recently and loves it, I poked around on their site and found a '14 civic I had to have. Deciding I'd rather put money down on that instead of into the p.o.s. I've been driving, I gave them a call and spoke to Stephen March, who told me the car was there and that he'd be available to meet me as soon I was ready to come in! I made an appointment with him, and dragged my dad and brother along with me bright and early the following morning. When we got there the staff who greeted us inside were all pleasant and smiling and pointed Stephen out to us who was busy helping other customers but took a moment to introduce himself, and said he'd be back with us shortly. Within ten minutes he was walking us out back to see the car I had told him I was interested in over the phone. I sat in it and didn't even want to test drive it, I just asked him where I needed to sign! He brought me back in and into the finance department, where after my down payment we worked out a really great deal that I could comfortably afford. I then finished up paperwork with Stephen, and even after the sale was finalized he proceeded to spend another fifteen minutes going over all the knobs and buttons in the car and hooking up my phone to the bluetooth. I drove away so ecstatic...I truly couldn't be happier with my purchase from Planet Honda! More

He was professional, honest and friendly throughout entire process and tried his best to get the price that I wanted for the Honda Accord EX. He was also very informative and knowledgeable on the technicality of the car to the things he do as a salesperson. He's very open so you can talk to him about anything and he'll do his best to give you a very reasonable price. He won't play around with you and waste time as he'll lay down everything in-front of you without any tricks or gimmicks. I walked out the door with my new Accord in about 3 hours. It was a pleasure.
