Horrible Customer Service and Scam Artists I made an appointment with Ryan McKenzie to lease a 2014 Accord LX. I'd seen an advertisement for $149/mo, $0, plus taxes and fees. Upon arrival we we I made an appointment with Ryan McKenzie to lease a 2014 Accord LX. I'd seen an advertisement for $149/mo, $0, plus taxes and fees. Upon arrival we were seated and waited, and waited, and waited some more. He finally sat down with us and gathered some information as far as the vehicle I wanted, my price range ($250/mo), ect. And then we sat there and waited a while longer. It turned out he was working with other customers! So the purpose of the appointment was now pointless. After being led outside to take a test drive with a different salesman, we came back inside, and waited! Once we were able to sit down and talk numbers Ryan was playing games. He was asking ME how much money he told me to bring last time I spoke to him, and then said that the $1700 he said in the first place wasn't enough, now I needed $4000 down. He was not knowledgeable about any of the specials, and was offering the Honda National Lease special over the Planet Honda Special. When in fact the Planet Honda Special turns out to be a better deal, in his own dealership! He was very wishy washy every time he came back with a new number. We asked for a break down of the taxes and fees, ect. to figure out where he was coming from but refused to do so. He said he would not run my credit until we had a good deal on the table, come to find out he ran my credit before coming to a deal! I offered a car for a trade and told me it's "not worth anything", and kept talking poorly about the car. He ended up offering $100 for it so we left. The next day I sold the car for $2000, brought the cash to Metro Honda in Jersey City. We sat down with Albie Rivera who got me into the same Accord LX for $194/mo with only the $2000. Go the Metro Honda, no games, quick & easy. More

Perfect...and I had two kids with me! I was greeted and helped quickly by Frankie Talarico. We chose the first make, model, and color we saw! We fell in love with the car. Shah helped us with the paperwork. All 3 employees and the car were fantastic! Specifically, Frankie was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and understanding. He answered questions from me and from my interrogating children. He had us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. When it is time for me to purchase or lease a new car, I will go back to Planet Honda and see Frankie Talarico! THANK YOU so much!!!! More

He wasn't looking out for himself. He doesn't put u in any old car he makes sure the car fits u and that you are satisfied. What else can I say about Mo if I keep talking about him I won't have any room left to write. Lol. Now John. John is the best. He doesn't treat you like a customer he treats you like family, he's always pleasant and sweet. He fights for you, fights to make sure you walk out with a GREAT deal.
