Although a small issue came up, Carmen, a manager in the Service Dept. was more than helpful and was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. He continues to want to make sure I remain satisfied and stays in touch. I would sincerely recommend him. Thank you!! More
I'm only writing this review because I have received two voicemails and a phone call from the dealership asking me to. While I am very happy with my new car, the car sold itself despite the best efforts two voicemails and a phone call from the dealership asking me to. While I am very happy with my new car, the car sold itself despite the best efforts of the place. #1 - all cars have around $700 added to the price for 'cleaning and servicing'. This is an unavoidable added cost which is not advertised on their site or on the http://autotrader.com price. My $17,995 car came out to over $21k thanks to all the titles, taxes, and 'fees' from the dealership. This included a completely unnecessary 'financing fee' ($200) even though I paid for my car in full along with a special 'nitrogen fill' charge for the tires. I have never heard of this before. Is there something wrong with using an actual air compressor? #2 - hard sell on financing. Screw that, I had enough put aside to pay for my car in full as financing through the dealership is a complete rip off. #3 - hard sell on new cars. I am actually pleasantly surprised by the fact that the car I saw online was actually there. The prenegotiated price was nowhere to be seen, but luckily I came prepared with the VIN and the autotrader listing. The car's price in the dealership? $23,995. So, long story short, I like my new car. I just hate dealing with car dealerships. I went over my budget thanks to their little fees, but I sure as xxxx was not going to take their 7% financing. Only go here if you have a good deal seen online, but make damned sure you have an extra $2-4,000 to cover all their overhead. My sales person Rafael was very nice and helpful, though. This will probably be the last car I purchase from this dealership. Edit: In reviewing my paperwork again, I noticed that my sale was back dated for the previous month so that the sales quota for October was met. What kind of shady crap is that?! More

As a huge dealership, they had plenty of CR-V's in their inventory in our color, so they had ex Honda CR-V we wanted at the price we wanted to pay... As a huge dealership, they had plenty of CR-V's in their inventory in our color, so they had exactly what we wanted and didn't want us to leave without the car, and at a price other local dealers couldn't beat. Being an educated consumer and knowning what you want and how dealer's make deals definately helps. Negotiating with Planet Honda was very straightforward and professional. More

Everyone is very polite and represents the company at the highest level. I would refer friends and relatives to Planet Honda to purchase a new or used Honda vehicle. My advice is to do your homework up-front on the features/internet pricing on your vehicle, and the sales team will work with you to make your buying experience a good one. More

I went to buy a used car. First car I bought from Jean was a 05 honda Accord. After I signed the paperwork I was told the radio the car doesnt work. They then offered for me to trade in my car and they basically ripped me off by overcharging me. I will NEVER do business with them again. The GM also did not care about all the trouble I was put into as long as he got his commission check More
I am very upset with this dealership, I have read great reviews on this palace so I decided give it a try. I called in advance to make sure the car I was looking for was there, I spoke with shalesha TWICE reviews on this palace so I decided give it a try. I called in advance to make sure the car I was looking for was there, I spoke with shalesha TWICE the day I was coming to make sure the car was there before I made the hour drive over there only to be handed over to this very lazy salesman. He was rude and had no idea what I was talking about. He then said that the car was in the lot but they have lost the key. Very unorganized. Extremely unprofessional- he wasted my family's and mine time. He had no interest in helping us. I actually ended up buying my new car at another dealership that same night with NO HASSEL OR LIES. I was at this dealership for 3 hours and got nothing accomplished. At the other dealership I was signing my papers within an hour and drove off with a brand new car within 2 hours! More
