Avoid this place! Let me start by saying that although previously I have purchased two cars from dealers, I’ve never had such bad experience. First of all, the place wa Let me start by saying that although previously I have purchased two cars from dealers, I’ve never had such bad experience. First of all, the place was very untidy and so was the sales person. He lacked the basic knowledge about the car business (like the fact that the value of the trade-in car is deductible from the taxable amount of a new car). When I left him a bad survey, he called me and abused me about it! Another major problem that occurred was the delay in the whole paper work process. I traded in the car that wasn’t paid off (not the first time) and I was assured by multiple managers that it would be paid off in 10 days. However despite my phone calls numerous phone calls when it wasn’t done long after that, Planet Honda called my bank for a pay off over three weeks after my purchase after I had to make another payment of the car that I traded in. This affected in them disbursing the sum depreciated of the amount that I paid. When I called the manager and made a complaint about it, she told me I had to wait for the money they owed me until they get my title (which is absurd) and that she would call when that happened. Two weeks from that, when I neither heard from them nor got the money back, I called my bank and made sure the title was sent and tried getting in touch with the manager but she wouldn’t return my phone calls, ignoring me completely. The level of the unprofessionalism of this place and the way they just don’t care about the customer is beyond words! Avoid this place if you actually want to enjoy the purchase of your car. More
