This is our 2nd car that we have gotten from Planet Honda with Frankie. I came in to trade my current car for a new civic. Along the way Frank was very courteous and patient with my situation. The first thing Frank told me was "I'll take care of you." ... which was also the very last thing he said when in got into my 2013 honda civic the same day. When it came to the final financing paperwork with Brian, he was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure we understood the choice we were making and what other options we had before we came up with the final decision. Not only did he help us make a better choice, he also helped us lower our insurance substantially. Planet Honda's team is one that every dealership needs, they make you feel comfortable and like you are part of the family. I look forward to my purchases I will be having with them in the future. I went to Planet Honda because they had the best deal. I was very disappointed to find out that was all they had. I went there after talking to rep and she was nice. From there it was downhill. The showroom was nice and new and the saleman was friendly but was a little shady upping the price of the car from the listed price by 995. I was alarmed and was about to leave but it was a great deal anyway. I should have followed my gut. When I arrived it was late and they rushed to take my down payment. I live in Philly so I took the ride back home. The next day I come to the dealership at 10 am and didn't leave until 4pm after I told them when i got there I need to pick up my dad from the airport at 3pm. the salesman was rushing to do what he needed to except one of the main things insure the car was fully cleaned so I copuld leave. He then blamed me for not calling to tell him when I was coming when I told him the night before. Anyway i meet the fifnance guy and he seemed nice but conveniently pointed me to what was in the wrap coverage but when i asked him about specifics in the wrap coverage which were not covered and he told me they were. I had a rental when my car was totaled and the salesman didn't do anything to try to help me. He stated i should have asked himearlier when he put his foot up on the desk. Not to mention him playing with other salesmen like he was choke slamming them. The manager Mr. Messina was nice and solution oriented and I hated having to consistently ask him for help, but he was willing to work. What further infuriated me was how when i called customer service to discuss my issues no one called me back. Very disappointing service. More

It was a new experience for me working with Planet Honda guys. As this is the first time I was buying a new car these guys helped me identify all the features and options for a vehicle. When my brother and arrived at the dealership for the first time, Ahmad greeted us outside, he held the door and led us inside to show us some cars that we may be interested in. He was very patient and courteous the entire time and explained things very well as I was not very knowledgeable about cars. Once I chose a car, Ahmad led us to his office/computer and offered us refreshments (we declined but it was very nice of him to do so). He was very understanding of our budget and did all that he could to make us happy, I love my new car, I love the price I paid for it and I loved the entire experience!! I rate my experience as a 10/10. Ahmad showed COMMENDABLE customer service and compassion, he even played a bit with my 2-year-old niece and she liked him enough to say "byeee" when we left and remembered him when we returned to pick up the car! I really felt like the whole planet honda team was very concerned about my satisfaction with the price and the car that I was purchasing. I rate this dealership as FIVE STARS!! EVERYONE was very attentive and always asked if I was being helped and they always opened the door for you! Thank you Ahmad and Planet Honda. See you for my first Service!! :) More
