I sat and met with Anthony, who turned my "impossible" to possible, and I walked out with a 2013 Honda CR-V with all the works!! I went to buy 2013 CR-v. Everything went smoothly. The sales person gave me the standard price, which included their package - 1 year free maintenance + ..etc. We went for partial payment and financing fo sales person gave me the standard price, which included their package - 1 year free maintenance + ..etc. We went for partial payment and financing for remaining amount. So far it was really good and I felt that I made a good choice. He gave me the Costco price as I was a Costco member. I really liked the price, services and spent time in finalizing the colour (exterior and interior). When I wanted to go for the deal, he came back to me with a different price. The difference was between 400 to 500$. He was trying to convince me that maintenace package (They have a package name - I don't remember the exact name) cost was not included in costco price. Later on he told us that they got the wrong value for Costco price and they had a serious discussion within their sales team. Even though they were trying to cheat me, I wanted to proceed as I was OK with the price. Finally when I asked him to add some freebies, he was throwing key chain, which was ridiculous and he was making statements like " You are not buying Sandwhich so that I can give you one more free...stuff like that).. When we were going through order details, his manager (Asian guy) came and started shouting: You guys got the best price, I will print you the costco price if you come tomorrow.. I am not sure how they are keeping this guy in Sales Team.. If you want, buy.. otherwise come tomorrow.. all sort of crap.. These incidents made me to rethink whether it is the right place or not and decided to walk-out after wasting our 2 hours.. - If you are not sure about Costco price, why you are sharing it with the Customer? After sharing it with the Customer, why you are trying to bump-up the value by adding stuff which was already included (Please note that I am not talking about items like Title fee, Replacement Protection fee, Document charges, Tire fee - I understood that all of us need to pay). - When the customer is going to sign-off the Sales Form, which Sales Guy will come and tell the customer that if you want to buy, buy.. otherwise go.. I really feel very bad about wasting two hours of my time + 2 hours of Sales guy's time.. More

Even after my purchase he checked up on me regarding my experience with my new 2013 Honda Pilot. I love my Truck it's the best decision I've made, especialy after the first snow storm that just recently came my truck had absolutly no probelm driving right through the snow. I was a long time customer of Planet Honda...leased 3 cars, my immediate family also leased about 4 cars between them. I was called down to look at new inventory by Jeremy, the lease manager, and was gi cars, my immediate family also leased about 4 cars between them. I was called down to look at new inventory by Jeremy, the lease manager, and was given the complete run around by him and Kaleem, the salesman who I leased with last time, against my better judgement (I received a horrific deal--clearly I didn't do my homework before going and was taken advantage of...$5000 down on a $27,000 car, with payments $325 a month? Awful. Shame on me for signing). When I went and looked again at new inventory I was treated terribly. Kaleem was sweet as pie until I told him I needed the weekend to think about it, and being a loyal customer I believed I should've been extended that courtesy. When I called over the weekend to accept the deal, I couldn't even get a return call from him. I went in person and was seated at a table by Jeremy for over 25 minutes, with Kaleem nowhere in sight (and I had made an appt.) It was at this moment when I finally and truly realized at Planet Honda there is no customer loyalty and you are nothing to them except for how you can help them by buying a car at the time. I urge anyone considering Planet Honda to please reconsider. Drive out further along Route 22, there is a better chance you will be treated better and given a fair deal. This is an assembly line of car deals...loyal, repeat customers don't mean much here and that's too bad. It was only after I wrote a letter to three managers here and Corporate did I receive a phone call back from Planet Honda looking to help me...by then, it was too late. I don't know how they are getting good ratings on this web site, but then I recalled that they give customers incentives at the time to provide their dealership with positive feedback. I was told to "give 5's " when I got my customer satisfaction call from Honda, so I guess they are still encouraging customers with that. If a dealership is that great, you don't need to tell the customer to "give 5's" . Shame on you, Planet Honda! Folks, please, consider another dealership...if they don't burn you now, they will later. More
My wife & I stopped at Planet Honda in Union on a rainy Saturday night thinking that we would just browse but end up going to a smaller dealership where we would get better service. We were pleasantly surprised with the warmth, enthusiasm and general great service we received from the moment Mo opened the door for us until Monday when we drove off the lot with our new car. We ended up finding pretty much the exact car we were thinking of at a great price. We never felt pressured just helped. Planet Honda is a put “people first” type of dealership. We really felt that they were trying to meet our needs and not just push something on us. This is a place where everyone, at every stage of the sales process is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We felt that both Mo, our salesperson and John Zingani, the Sales Manager went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything about our car, the financing and what Planet Honda offered in the way of continued service. We also found the person in the financial department to be very thorough in explaining all the options available to us. All of these people did a spectacular job! We love our new Honda and we enjoyed the experience of doing business with such an outstanding dealership. More
