2nd and last car purchased form Planet Honda horrible experience. I've never felt so victimized in my life. I applaud Christopher Miros on being attentive, taking initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a s initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a squealing brake noise. Another service advisor told me even though the front brake pads were barely worn, I would have to pay to replace them to get rid of the noise. He had an "ow well" type of attitude. This made no sense to me and made me angry. I called Christopher, who had me come back in to investigate further. He researched and found the service bulletin regarding faulty brake pads and they were replaced under warranty at no charge. He changed what would have been a bad service experience in to a positive impression of Planet Honda. This was my first visit and I will come go back again for my next service visit. More

They worked with me, understood my financial situation and did everything they could to get me the car I wanted at a price I can afford -- which I truly appreciated. Beware - they added an additional $995.00 and said it was a loan fee the bank charges. I called the bank which we were getting the loan from the next day and they said there is no such fee. I called Planet Ripoff Honda and spoke with the finance guy and told him no such fee exists. He said he will call me back in an hour. When he called he said he made a mistake and needed us to come in to redo the contract. Car dealerships are all the same. They are all liars. The reason why we went to purchase was through the Costco program but we found out they afterwards we didn't go through the program and got ripped-off. The car itself is great, Planet Ripoff Honda is not. More

From the first phone call, the girl was right up front on helping me and not passing me on to someone else, and onto someone else. She answered all my questions, and even know they sold the CR-V, I was calling about, she told me there were others on the lot that were what I was looking for. That brought me up to the dealer for a look around. I was introduced to Marcos, and I could tell he was going to help me . I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. It was a perfect match Him, the CR-V, and I. It was so nice to have someone show me all the different option that the car had ,and know so much about the car. He made me feel comfortable getting behind the wheel for the test drive ,and not rushed even know it was after 8:00 PM. Then sitting with him inside working the contract out, again I could tell that we would be able to work together. In the next hour or so I had my new CR-V. This was an excellent experience. I would recommend him, and the dealer to anyone. More
