I went in for the Key-for-Key event, swapping my last lease with 8 months left to get a new Accord. Anthony was very patient with us and got us a fair deal. First of all is that they charge way high than the other honda dealers in the city. Their labor charge will kill you. Then they lie to you about the warrenty. I had a power train warrenty on the car. I was the 2nd owner and this gentlemen told me that power train warranty does not get transfered from the original owner. Thankfully I referred to honda customer care and they told me this was not correct. Then came the next question. I got the explanation of charges (bill) in that the work done mentioned and the charged amount was double. I took a quote of from other dealers and the price with tax came out to be double. When asked, the people at planet honda told me that they did a lot more than what is explained in the bill so the bill is high. Now my question is that 'You should write all what is worked on and the corresponding charge to It. If its not written its not done and should not be charged for" If i would have taken the bill to some other dealer they will not know the extra work done because that is not mentioned. They still haven't given me the revised bill. The next problem. they worked on my actuator, timining belt and changed valve and according to my understanding these are the parts to Engine(replacing valve) and if that is the case it has be charged to my warrenty and not me. They said this is not covered in warranty. After i spoke to Honda customer service, i came to know that I was right and they should not have charged me the amount of $1326. In case i would not have taken the pains to call Honda customer care, I would have never come to know the facts. i am sure 90% of you would have believed honda dealer without doubts. I am still waiting for that check and everytime I call to speak with JIM, he would neither answer the call nor will he return my messages. I am writing all this so that people may be aware of the kids of fruads they do and the way to find it out asnd solve. Be aware!! More

I am going to bring a Law suit against this dealership. Long story short they sold me a 2001 Cross Tour without any approvals from any banks and the night I bought it, it was stolen. The car was recovered Long story short they sold me a 2001 Cross Tour without any approvals from any banks and the night I bought it, it was stolen. The car was recovered and put into the Honda Shop. In steady communication no one ever say " we cant secure a lease" and 6 weeks and $12,000 later once they tried to have my insurance pay for the damage that happened when it was stolen, They then tell me I cant take the car. I almost lost my job working an hour away because I had no car to get to and from and returned my previous lease. There’s is more to it, but anyone giving this place your business, please think twice!!!! More
I have been a loyal Honda driver all my life. Owned a '93 Accord' from 94-98 and '99 Accord' from 99-present. After 250,000 miles I decided to look at a Pilot - I actually had my mind set. I also take care of the cars religiously - went for every oil change and tune up to Planet Honda for 13 years - this definitely extends the life expentancy of the car, however, it's a huge investment of money over time. I decided to call Planet Honda last week to get an idea of the prices for a Pilot and the manager Baron Ringler was very abrasive and arrogant. I asked him about what kind of loyalty discount would I get and his reponse was: "Loyalty goes both ways, we get you and you are buying great service/quality from Planet Honda, the biggest Honda dealer in NJ - we are the big boys in the block". I also asked him for price details on the Pilot and his response was: "We don't give details on the phone, just come in Saturday at 10:00 AM". I was amazed with his lack of attitude and professionalism. Not only did he turn me away from Planet Honda, but from the Honda product overall. I actually purchased a Volkswagen yesterday and was impressed with their philosophy. More
