Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00am. When I get there I was advised that it would be a 3 hour wait. There is no way I should wait 3 hours for an oil change being that I made an appointment in a get there I was advised that it would be a 3 hour wait. There is no way I should wait 3 hours for an oil change being that I made an appointment in advance. An oil change takes anywhere about 25-40 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer it already hit the 3 hour wait time so I took my car somewhere else to get serviced. Not sure if the dealer over booked but it was unacceptable to wait 3 hours for an oil change. More
