It took time to identify the issue but Jonathan has been super helpful. Very patient even with my constant reaching out to him. Rui also was very patient and ensured that the issue will be resolved. Luis who was helping me was very nice and accommodating but that's where my satisfaction ends. I brought my car straight home and parked in the garage. I had to leave on a trip pretty early in the morning and to not be able to take my car I was pretty pissed to say the least. More

They lied...they did change the oil in my car. After waiting 4 hours and paying for my service when I checked service wasn't done. I brought it to the teams attention I was given my money back.
