The intake process was very efficient. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I received constant communication throughout the process and was able to look over my cars need from my phone. It was helpful to see what was needed to be done versus hearing over the phone only. Ken let me know my car was ready for pick up a few hours later. Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout my visit yesterday. More

There is a lack of customer service in the “Service DEPT!!” We bought 2 cars in 2 weeks and this is the kind of treatment a customer receives? We are NEVER BUYING FROM CENTENNIAL NISSAN AGAIN!!
