My car had to be tolled because I was never given a lock wrench for my tire during the sale. The car arrived at Nissan around 8 am. I called to speak with Tim about the quote and I was sent to voicemail. I signed the quote and called Davit back to find out when I can pick up the car. My salesman told me to pick the car up around 4:30pm. Worse customer service ever. A simple tire replacement should never take over 8 hours to handle. Not to mention the bill was more than the quote and I had to show Tim the quote before he made adjustments to the bill. More

IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED EXCELLENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE BATTERY AND REPLACED IT, WHICH WAS COVERED BY T IN FOR ROUTINE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. IT WAS ACCOMPLISHED EXCELLENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY FOUND A LEAK IN THE BATTERY AND REPLACED IT, WHICH WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. FINDING THIS POTENTIAL BIG PROBLEM WAS HUGE.
