I was having a pleasant visit until they showed me payment options. They told me the payment and then the total amount financed along with the rate. I did the math and their payment was almost $40 a month higher than it should have been. I asked for the cost breakdown and it still didn’t add up. They had thrown in an extended warranty without telling me and didn’t list it on the cost breakdown. They had no answer for why it was thrown on there. It was very shady and a way for the dealership to take advantage of customers who are overwhelmed with the process. If I would not have caught that, I would have purchased an unwanted warranty without knowing and who knows if I would have gotten the benefits from the warranty because it wasn’t listed on the cost breakdown. Because of that, the whole car buying experience was ruined and I probably will not buy another vehicle from Planet Nissan More

The initial phase of getting information and working on the price was frustrating and felt more drawn out than necessary but overall I enjoyed working with Britney.
