Dealership clean but Scooby Do on tv for hrs? Cartoons really? When I walked in and when I was leaving it took several minutes to be acknowledged. They couldn't walk 30 feet to waiting area to tell me it was done..i have bought 2 cars from Planet within 3 years.Probably.wont use this dealership again. On the positive I called on Friday right before closing and was able to get Saturday appointment which I appreciated and wait was only 2 hours. More

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and off the lot the vehicle was no inspected properly. Trim pieces had fallen off and weren’t reinstalled prior to selling I had to find them stuffed in the the lot the vehicle was no inspected properly. Trim pieces had fallen off and weren’t reinstalled prior to selling I had to find them stuffed in the storage compartments. Protectant paint film was not installed properly even though the dealership charges 1,995 for this, with no option to decline package. Film was lifting on edges from day one. All these issues I discovered and brought to the attention of the dealership which they had me bring the vehicle in. They replaced the wrong protective film in the wrong area and left the improperly installed film. They attempted to reinsert the headline plug trim piece and when doing so bent the headliner and the worst part is a day later the plug popped back out. So now I’m still left with a hole in my headliner but now it’s bent. The service done on my car, at least for the headliner part, is absolutely unacceptable and I’m not sure who signed off on the work being done. It puts a questionable doubt on the skill set and experience on the service technicians who work at the dealership. I have to bring the vehicle back and hopefully not waste more time and gas on things that should be simple fixes for a dealership of this caliber…a headliner plug and small paint film. More
