First and last visit I drove up and was initially greeted and taken to my Representative who seemed to be irritated with an attitude. I waited for my vehicle repair which I drove up and was initially greeted and taken to my Representative who seemed to be irritated with an attitude. I waited for my vehicle repair which took two hours and was called by the Representative who was a few steps from me in the waiting room instead of walking over to let me know my vehicle was finished. I’ve been treated extremely better by other Nissan dealerships so I won’t return to this one. More

If you have a customer come in, greeting them or at least acknowledging them would be nice especially when you're just chatting with coworkers about non work related discussion. This isn't the first time this has happened, its actually happened EVERY time I come for service. It's very annoying and unprofessional. When they finally do finish their work gossip they are polite but your side conversations should've at least been paused when a customer has approached your area. More
