In the beginning there were hurdles that seemed unwarranted. Vehicle didn't get checked in when delivered by towtruck, then issues with fluid and parts availability. After purchasing my truck, I returned a month later because the service system hadn't been reset, leading me to believe I alre that truly stands out. The service manager handled the situation perfectly—he reset the system and promised that my next oil change and tire rotation would be on the house. When I brought my truck in last week, Odin followed through on that promise and ensured everything was taken care of exactly as discussed. The team is consistently kind, polite, and professional.
