Providing a positive experience is our top priority, and we're sorry that we failed here. The owner's manuals on the newer vehicle are electronic and reside inside the phone app on your phone. It's possible there was a miscommunication there, however we are trying to see if there are still any way to find printed owners manuals for the 2024 vehicle you purchased.
