Platinum Chevrolet responded

Hi there, we have exchanged communication on this issue previously. However, the A/C issue we found your vents to be closed and then opened them and found the rest of system to be working properly. Secondarily the windshield washer issue we found the bottle physically damaged which your service contract will not cover. We get compensated to fix cars... that how we keep the doors open, but we also have to make sure we're doing things the right way and by the book.
