Your service writer was out due to the birth of a child and we thought we had processes in place to make sure that everyone was taken care of, however we fell short here on your behalf and we apologize. While we can't control the parts delays, we can certain control our clear and accurate information to you. That being said, if the shipment updates tell us that a part will be here the next day and we pass that information along while trying to stay in contact then that is somewhat out of our control as well. Thank you for the feedback here. We have reviewed your visit in its entirety with our staff. There were a couple of honest mistake/incorrect clicks on our Service Writer's part. For the appointment, he clicked the incorrect 'reason' button, but that was quickly corrected when you arrived- it's possible we did a poor job of reassuring you of that, so we apologize. The transmission service coming up in 2000 miles we will absolutely recommend that 100% of the time. We don't know when we see vehicles the next time (usually the next oil change in 3-5000 miles) and 2000 miles is certainly within the window of recommendation and standard practice for us to recommend what is upcoming. As for the discount, we clicked the discount field, however it was the wrong discount line and only applied the 7% discount versus the next line down for the Corvette Club of 10%, but we were able to get that updated quickly. Thank you again for the feedback, this is invaluable for us to be able to train and counsel our folks to make sure we provide the top-level service we expect going forward. Have a wonderful day!
