Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. CADILLAC PREMIUM CARE SERVICE Service representative Steve was courteous and efficient. Car wash function was a bit slow, but understand that function may have been understaffed. Only disappointing factor was customer waiting room, which does not meet standards of a premium automobile dealership. Note: throughout our year of Cadillac ownership the Plaza Cadillac web site does not function properly with the CHROME browser; i.e. site will not function when attempting to select model, year etc. on the drop down menus. Web site does function when utilizing the Firefox browser. Hope the foregoing is helpful. A model of Cadillac quality waiting room might be Massey Cadillac in Orlando, FL. More
