Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. I contacted Plaza Cadillac in the morning and they had answered me right away. I gave him a trade information and we went and had a breakfast and went right there and met HENRY. He had the vehicle we were answered me right away. I gave him a trade information and we went and had a breakfast and went right there and met HENRY. We were happy to work with Plaza to find a car. Chuckie D was patient and helpful, and the buying process was smooth and trouble-free. The car needed a sway bar link which took some time to get and Chuckie D was patient and helpful, and the buying process was smooth and trouble-free. I just had the most professional car buying experience I’ve ever had at Plaza and I’ve purchased at least 20 cars in my lifetime. I purchased a 2024 vehicle at a great price and traded in a 2020 vehicle f I’ve ever had at Plaza and I’ve purchased at least 20 cars in my lifetime. I purchased a 2024 vehicle at a great price and traded in a 2020 vehicle for an on market trade-in value. My salesperson, Henry, was outstanding as were his sales manager and the finance director. The entire process took about an hour. I highly recommend Plaza Cadillac! More
