Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Very Dissatisfied - I received a letter from DMV Tallahassee stating that my license was being suspended... i provided the wrong VIN Number, but actually it was YOUR salesman that sent in the paperw Tallahassee stating that my license was being suspended... i provided the wrong VIN Number, but actually it was YOUR salesman that sent in the paperwork on our new vehicle. I also insisted that I wanted the window sticker - which the salesman said was available - but I never received it??? SERVICE DEPT: Our battery went dead after a few months and it took 9 hours and several calls to get replacement... Very discouraged with your dealership More
