Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Mr Steven over at The service department is amazing he’s taking care of my Cadillac every single time I go there and always works with me with my schedule very professional and always willing to help any cu taking care of my Cadillac every single time I go there and always works with me with my schedule very professional and always willing to help any customer get their vehicle issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. There is not space here to provide a full disclosure of my dissatisfaction. Suffice it to say, my car was in your service department a solid 3 weeks. Less than 48 hours after picking up the car, it DIED my dissatisfaction. Suffice it to say, my car was in your service department a solid 3 weeks. Less than 48 hours after picking up the car, it DIED yet again. I have never received such unreliable, poor service. More
