The employees I dealt with are youthful, confident and give you a sense of familiarity. Like you've known them all your life. In a high pressure situation like buying a vehicle, its nice to feel comfortable. Not to mention how upfront these guys are (no wrenches thrown in the deal at the last minute, no bait and switches.) Plaza Kia is definitely the way to go. Give it a try. Ask for Marvin Smith and he'll make you feel right at home. More

Great dealership.. I went in having read a few negative comments about Plaza auto mall. So I figured I go in and just look at the Kia I was interested in so I have an id I went in having read a few negative comments about Plaza auto mall. So I figured I go in and just look at the Kia I was interested in so I have an idea of the trim level and price point for when I went to another dealership I would already know what I wanted. I was met at the door by Damon Jones who is one of the salesmen. I have to say Damon from his introduction was courteous, he asked me what car I was interested in looking at and proceeded to tell me all about the vehicle. Not once did it feel as he was reciting a sales pitch. The best thing I have to say is that Damon never pressured me. He gave me the information I was looking for and kind of just let me take in the vehicle. We sat down and between him and Julio the sales manager they put a great deal on the table for me. I now drive a 2016 Kia Sorento. I went in thinking the worst of this dealership and walked out thinking the opposite. Great dealership!!! More

Just looking and walk out with a new car I was just going to see the new cars ,definitely not buying and the next thing I new, I had a brand new car with a price I could not resist. He made me feel comfortable, was very informative about his product; and made sure that I was taken care of as best as possible. Even after a week he called just to follow up and make sure that I was happy with my purchase. That tells a lot about the customer service extended at Kia. Best Experience Ever I literally had to walk in, sign my papers and drive away in my new Kia Cadenza. I went looking for the mangers at Plaza Kia, Stefanie and Julio and t I literally had to walk in, sign my papers and drive away in my new Kia Cadenza. I went looking for the mangers at Plaza Kia, Stefanie and Julio and the salesman Marvin. Due to my first experience with them when I leased my first vehicle the Kia Optima.
