Damon gave us the numbers we wanted to see right away. We looked at the trade-in value of our old car on KBB and Edmunds. Another dealer had offered us lower, but Damon matched the number from Edmunds and KBB. Everyone at the dealer was great. This was not a huge sale for them but my wife and I were treated as if we were paying $55,000 cash for a new car. If you're looking for new wheels, head to Plaza Kia. The employees I dealt with are youthful, confident and give you a sense of familiarity. Like you've known them all your life. In a high pressure situation like buying a vehicle, its nice to feel comfortable. Not to mention how upfront these guys are (no wrenches thrown in the deal at the last minute, no bait and switches.) Great dealership.. I went in having read a few negative comments about Plaza auto mall. So I figured I go in and just look at the Kia I was interested in so I have an idea of the trim level and price point for when I went to another dealership I would already know what I wanted. I was met at the door by Damon Jones who is one of the salesmen. I have to say Damon from his introduction was courteous, he asked me what car I was interested in looking at and proceeded to tell me all about the vehicle. Not once did it feel as he was reciting a sales pitch. The best thing I have to say is that Damon never pressured me. He gave me the information I was looking for and kind of just let me take in the vehicle. We sat down and between him and Julio the sales manager they put a great deal on the table for me. I now drive a 2016 Kia Sorento. I went in thinking the worst of this dealership and walked out thinking the opposite. Great dealership!!! More
