I wish I would of took my Kia back to Northstar Kia in Long Island City. I took a second chance and took my car back to Plaza Kia where I got my transmission replaced and my car as never been the same. Long Island City. I need a new engine and it took them 6 months to fix, and then on top of that, after they told me to come get my car, they find out I need an intake manifold for the car. So that was on back order and that took two months and now I got my car back and it sounds like a truck the engine is still shaking the car drive like mess the car is so loud. I told them about it, and they test drive the car with me and I and they keep telling me the car is fine, so I took my car and now I am going to do a service with Northstar Kia where I should of keep going to, but I must say they was nice at Plaza Kia and gave me a car until my car was fixed. also, I am still waiting for them to pay the tickets they got on my car for parking it in the bus stops every day, I call don't worry about it we are going to take care of it. still fighting them on it. Please never ever never go take your car there, the people are very nice, but the service is terrible. More

We got tricked into a smart buy which was the dumbest thing ever since we planned on purchasing the vehicle in the long run. The MSRP was $31,030 and our contract had $36,883 as the Grossed Capital Cost (and we put $9,000 down and received a discount of $5,930.) Long story short, our $31,030 car ended up costing about $38,000) Someone please make this make sense. After driving off the lot I noticed dirt by the tire under carriage. I took it to a car wash and they said it looked like the car was in a construction site. This place will Rob you blind and take full advantage any way they can. I will never use this dealership again and neither should you! More

Bought my Kia Forte 2021 in CASH. Kia reported as leased. Now 1 1/2 yrs still havent received the title. Employees, supervisor, manager nor Escalation has helped me. All promises , n Kia reported as leased. Now 1 1/2 yrs still havent received the title. Employees, supervisor, manager nor Escalation has helped me. All promises , no call backs very frustrating. Good part is they do have good selection. Rest is bad. Bought many cars in years and had experience with different dealerships. Very pushy , as most which is ok. You must watch out when you sign your contract, they do try to ask you what your want your payment to be, do not reply to that! They will make that payment out of thin air! They do add things you do not ask for , like my contract had warranty that was few thousands extra on brand new car that has 10 years 100k miles! Plus few other things! Make sure you check , and make sure your car price is what you discussed! Make sure no extras added without your knowledge, they do not even bother explaining you or offering you that, in my case it was just added! I caught that , and they removed it , were not happy about it , and was telling me that it has to make sense for them! You are paying sticker price of the car, I'm sure it does! Also whenever you add something to your customer finance, you must offer him those options , at least he is aware! Next was we had an issue , had an accident was not able to get insurance same day, price was insane, and we postpone til next day ! End of story I ended up with problems with insurance, they do not care ! Salesperson is less responsible , but at any place or any business , that I know, those who sold you will try to help! Here no one cares! I did had bad experience with this Plaza 18 years ago , they sold be car that was in huge accident! Decided to give him another try , and it was a huge mistake! Car was supposed to be delivered, did not happen! I was in rush , came home! PLSTIS piece of the door was missing! One of the mats were missing! Place is an absolute joke! Not to mention all bad intentions!They will try to rip you off, next day you will not even be able to get in touch with anyone! I'm sure there are many other places ! Bought a car on Friday , by Monday no one cares, you can not reach anyone. Sales manager Chris, STAY AWAY , or be extra careful, very dishonest and manipulative! i called General manager , called left message, do not care ( Mohammed)! HIGHLY NOT recommending them! My husband and I went into Plaza Kia knowing exactly what we wanted. Our salesman was Dexter. He was amazing and made a very LONG process enjoyable. Chris, our finance guy, was incredible and made sure the vibes were there with the boys to men playing in the back lol. Neal also helped us run numbers. The experience was great and we’ll be back in the future. Shout out to the tall gentleman in the burgundy suit who told us where to get free BBQ. Everything was 10/10. More
