Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. They are bait and switch artists who wasted my time for over 2 weeks. I was interested in a specific car that was listed as part of their inventory. It wasn't physically at the lot the 1st time I arrived. After discussing favorable terms for the car with a sales rep and a manager I was told the car could be there the next day. The 'next day' turned into over 2 weeks of back and forth in which there was an unbelievable amount of promises and failures for when the car would be at the lot - never having a good reason why they were having so much trouble getting the car there. Now a new month had arrived, and the car was available at the showroom. Upon my 2nd visit to finally see the car there was no interest in honoring anything I was told the first time. The deal had completely changed, and I was told this was a new month, and the deals were more aggressive last month. The monthly lease cost had suddenly rose $150 above what was discussed on my 1st visit, and was basically told to take it or leave it. Not to mention the features for the car listed on the website are inaccurate. Complete waste of time. Unprofessional and passively apologetic. I never write reviews, but Plaza Kia compelled me to do so. Strung along, and then slapped in the face. I envy those who had a good experience at Plaza Kia, but please take my advice and avoid this dealership. More

This past Sunday, I went back to this dealer looking to buy another Telluride and what I had experienced was a slap on the face. From the moment my family and I entered the dealer till the moment my family and I left it was horrible and very unprofessional and to me it was an insult. This is how I've treated as a returned customer and this is how they treated a 20 year veteran in the federal service. I wasted my time came all the way from Staten Island to Brooklyn to Plaza Kia and this is how I've been treated! By the time I left the dealer I was fk pissed the way they've handed but I kept my cool. These new kids on the block they have no idea how to talk and treat customers especially those valuable customers(so much need to learn). I came to them as a old customer and tried to get a fair price, tried to give them my business but they don't want it, they think they can just jack up some crazy numbers and expect me to pay that price hustling me for something I don't want, it's totally way out of line. Is this how they do business...?! Y'all wanna do business then be fair and be honest and play by the rule stop with this nonsense and stop playing game and stop scam people with your dishonesty, try to do business they way they're doing now hustling scamming their way out they expact to be succeed....?! Unfortunately, they don't want my business that's the impression they've left me with, because if they do I wouldn't be treated like this. They need to straight up their act and they need to be honest with people, cheat their way out expect to be backfired! If y'all ask me do I still wanna go back to Plaza kia to do business? Then it's up to them now and they need to give me an honest answer why should I continue to do business with Plaza KIA simple as that!!! More

Do not purchase a vehicle here . They are crooks and they are scammers . My family went to look and got hustled into getting a new 2022 car and was told the price would be between 340-350 monthly. They wanted us to leave to leave with the car so bad that they didn't give us the paper work. When we finally realized this they given price was changed when we received the paperwork days later and the payment was for over 600$. Not only are they liars but when we called they said they never quoted for the payments to be 350$. The audacity of these jerks. We couldn't even get the bill of sales from them because there was so many stories and lies. We returned the car immediately. These people are crooks. Especially the Indian looking dealer who swears he's been doing this for 16 years and that we were getting a good deal. You've been scamming families for 16 years!! Even the financial manager is a crook. He wouldn't let me sign with my dad present which should of immediately been a red a flag. They are horrible, racist and liars. Don't get a car from them. They aren't honest or integrAL. Never buy from them. More

my husband and I came to plaza Kia to check out used cars hoping we would get approved on something. we came in sat down and we began to work with Neil who was a very professional salesman, he guided us to a hoping we would get approved on something. we came in sat down and we began to work with Neil who was a very professional salesman, he guided us to a vehicle that we fell in love with and a vehicle in our budget, he even found us cheaper insurance than we found at first. thank you to Neil and Chris for helping us out. 1st service they charged over $500! Extremely dishonest horrible terrible unethical place from the Kia dealership’s own service shop. Avoid this place at all cost! They mumbled through the price they are supposed to charge us, did not let us see the prices or even go through the itemized invoice they were supposed to charge us until we swiped the card. We thought it was supposed to be $100 something with the oil change filter change and end up being gouged and scammed over $500! We went to the dealership shop because they sent us a complimentary first service free. We went then they told us it expired, and the oil change is $59, that’s fine, then called us one hour later mumbling through a bunch of stuff that we couldn't hear clearly and thought they were just changing a filter for an additional $50, oh no were they tricky. after it's done, the service guy printed out invoices, didn't let us see the total charges and brought us straight to the cashier girl, she mumbled through the charges and swipe our card and boom $500 pop up on my phone. Mind you I bought this car earlier this year in 2021 and this is supposed to be a new car with only 6500 miles on the car. I later came back home and check how many mileage are people supposed to change their car filters on google and there you go it's 12,000 to 15,000 miles and my car only has 6500 miles on the car. I take care of my car and I don't think after the multiple filters changes was necessary but they said it was only $50 so I think alright it's fine then. My jaw was dropped when i asked the girl why is it over $500, she said you've already paid then I realized they didn't even let me see the total before they charge us. I have to admit I was not careful and being the first time car owner and did the first car service so that's why I went to the Kia's own auto shop. My gosh they really don't like their customers and only want to do business one time and gouge you as much money as possible. This is a lesson learned and I will never go near that dealership and all their auto services. Please be warned and don't go broke by going to do your any car service there. Who can tell me that they paid over $500 first car service for a relatively new car with only 6500 miles on the car? Only at Plaza Kia! There're more to this of my experiences at Plaza Kia, but I will also tell you this, when I purchased my car earlier this year I was talked down by one sale guy and then I changed it to another girl, she was all nice at first, but after she sold me the car and made her commission, I asked texted emailed her numerous times to send me the car sticker for my insurance to complete the inspection, she would not do it for almost two weeks until I almost pass the deadline to complete the insurance. I'm traumatized by Plaza Kia and whatever that's going on there forever! Please do yourself a favor never go near there! More

Had a great Experience at Plaza Kia found the exact car I wanted and Isaiah helped that happen. I highly recommend going here if you want good customer service and a good value car.
