Excellent My first lease was a Kia Forte, a few years back, I had a sales rep by the name of Damon...he did an excellent job, he worked with me until satisfacti My first lease was a Kia Forte, a few years back, I had a sales rep by the name of Damon...he did an excellent job, he worked with me until satisfaction, I have since then returned to lease a second vehicle, this time it's a Niro...once again, the representatives were Samuel (he was in training) and Claudio, they once again did not fall short....my expectations were met, and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable... I have no complaints from the first time, until now, that will also include the service department, my original Kia was brought in regularly for check-ups and again the service was great!!! Keep up the good work guys!! You will forever have a loyal customer. More

I just had an unethical sales experience with their interne I am surprised that the Dealer Rater only has positive Reviews for PLAZA KIA in Brooklyn. I just had an unethical sales experience with their internet sales guy Damon Jones. I know negotiating a car price can get funny - but to outright lie is unacceptable. Playing word games and hiding the lie in a convoluted e-mail is way over the top. When pressed for an actual "out the door price" - the rudeness began and he hung up the phone. We agreed on an OTD price of $14.500 on a left over Forte. But he pulled the slick move not including the 3K I offered to put down in the price. He left me hanging for a full day on Financing - and ultimately when pressed said the car was actually $17,500 OTD. I knew something was night right because he kept referring to his "vague" and barely understandable email on the price,, Selling cars is a tough job- as is shopping for one. The have the right guy on the phones- he can be charming- but in reality he is a scammer in a suit. What a shame to be so unethical. Other than venting and warning other- I will file a formal complaint. More
