Place has gone down. My wife had a bad experience 3 years ago where they treated her like horribly. I went against my better judgement by trying to save time and not having to go to two different dealerships. I get complimentary state inspection here and I decided get oil change. They have always accepted a competitors coupon and this time the service manager straight up told me no because it was way too much of a discount compared to their normal pricing. However they sent in the mail a coupon pamphlet stating bring a competitors coupon and we'll match it. Ive reported them to Chevrolet Corporate and I hope something is done about it. Don't go here take your money somewhere else l, where they'll appreciate you as a consumer. More
I just took my Chevy Bolt in for the 7 year AC service. Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed in a decent time considering the amount of work involved. The Service Techs, Adam Lebo and Josh Skinner were exceptional. When I Thought there had been a slight screw up they were quick to have me back in where they went over the situation and SPENT THE TIME to show me my mistake. The EV service engineer/technician Jack working on the vehicle went over the whole thing. I’m pretty much of a car nut. The engine bay is always clean so I thought I noticed some fitment issues- Wrong! Still a good learning experience. Additionally they threw in some service that I would have needed in December as part of the service since the car was practically disassembled for the initial work. That was a surprise. I’ve been taking the Bolt to them since my original purchase in 2019 and have been very happy. I would recommend them and their EV crew without a a doubt. BTW the vehicle has been reliable and worth every $$. Pohanka Chevy helped make it so. I do not work there nor do I have a financial interest in the business. More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. I dropped off my car on Friday night and was told it would be ready on Saturday, then Sunday, then Tuesday—but no one contacted me each t department. I dropped off my car on Friday night and was told it would be ready on Saturday, then Sunday, then Tuesday—but no one contacted me each time the schedule changed. Even on Tuesday, my car sat untouched in the parking lot all day, and I only found out the technician had left without finishing the work after I arrived at 8:50 p.m. They repeatedly gave me incorrect information, and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I purchased my tire protection plan directly from Pohanka, yet I was still told different things about the rim replacement and the claim process. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism, because this experience made me seriously doubt whether I can trust their service in the future. More
